Payment Options: For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Financing is also available through CareCredit. Please check out our ‘Financing through CareCredit page for more information. Payment is expected when services are rendered. Feel free to contact us if you need to discuss finance options. 

Dental Insurance : Our practice accepts assignment of benefits from many dental insurance plans. Please confirm with your insurance provider. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost, and you are responsible for paying the remaining balance not covered by your insurance. Our staff will gladly work with you to fill out any forms. We also provide an in-office dental insurance plan, which is only available to individuals who do not have other insurance plans. This is a 1-year insurance plan (from the date of purchase). It is$449 per person and includes 2 Dental Cleanings, 2 Dental Exams, and 4 Check-up X-rays. The office plan also provides a 15% discount on diagnostics, fillings, scaling's & extractions. And a 10% discount on crowns, implants, and dentures.
